FRUTILLAR, Chile — February 11, 2025 — Lemu, Latin America’s leading Nature Tech company, today announced it has joined the TNFD Forum, the global multi-stakeholder community established to support the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD). The Forum brings together more than 1,500 institutions worldwide, working collectively to develop and scale the adoption of a risk management and disclosure framework for organisations to report and act on evolving nature-related risks.

Key Highlights

  • Lemu is now a Member of the TNFD Forum, a global multi-stakeholder community supporting the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures.
  • Atlas, Lemu’s Nature Intelligence platform, is officially listed in the TNFD Tools Catalogue.
  • This recognition reinforces Lemu’s role in advancing actionable intelligence for managing nature-related risks and opportunities.

In addition, Lemu Atlas — the company’s Nature Intelligence platform — has been officially included in the TNFD Tools Catalogue, a curated library of decision-useful tools and approaches that support organisations in implementing the TNFD framework. Atlas combines satellite imagery, scientific databases, artificial intelligence, and citizen science into more than 17 preloaded environmental indicators, enabling businesses, governments, and financial institutions to assess dependencies, impacts, and opportunities with clarity and confidence.

“Joining the TNFD Forum and being featured in the Tools Catalogue underscores our commitment to making nature visible in every decision,” said Leo Prieto, Founder & CEO of Lemu. “Atlas was designed to bring scientific rigour and ease of use together, helping organisations meet emerging global standards such as TNFD while optimising capital allocation, reducing risk, and protecting the ecosystems that underpin the world economy.”

By participating in the TNFD Forum, Lemu will contribute to the co-creation of a globally recognised framework that supports organisations in aligning with nature-positive outcomes, advancing both financial resilience and biodiversity protection.
